Tuber Policies

Winter 2026 tuber sales are for Spring 2026 Shipping.  Shipping will begin in April after threat of freeze has passed.  If you chose LOCAL pick up, you can pick up your tubers at the farm.  We will set a couple of weekends for pickup dates soon.

Prices listed are for one dahlia tuber unless they are labeled as a bulk buy.

Tuber storage- like everyone else our tubers are in storage and we check on them every 2 weeks, but there is always a chance we will have a storage failure of a variety or two.  IF that is the case, we will reach out to you and give you the option of a refund or another variety.

Inspect Your Tubers Upon Arrival
We take pride in providing you with great tubers. If you notice anything unsatisfactory upon opening your box, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them. We carefully select our best tubers for our customers and are committed to your satisfaction.

Refund Policy
We offer refunds for tubers that fail to produce an eye. However, we are unable to issue refunds for tubers that fail to thrive after planting, as dahlia growth depends heavily on your growing conditions.  This would include tuber rot, animal damage etc.

Unfortunately, we also cannot refund dahlias that show signs of a virus or disease during the growing season as we are not able to determine when the infection occurred. Also, it has been determined that most of the industry's stock will test positive for at least 1 virus.
